After practicing real estate law for several years, he partnered with Jon Goodman to create PRG Real Estate Management, Inc.

Jon J. Goodman, Principal - George Washington University, B.A in Psychology and the University of Miami School of Law, J.D.

Following several years practicing real estate law and serving as Vice President and general counsel for a major home health care distributor, Mr. Goodman along with Mr. Berger, formed PRG.

Ronald D. Monson, Chief Operating Officer - University of Minnesota, B.S in Horticulture and Georgia State University, MBA in marketing

Mr. Monson joined PRG in early 2009, with experience managing fast growth in the multifamily housing industry, and a strong focus on customer service and resource retention. Prior to joining PRG, Mr. Monson was the Chief Operating Officer at Morgan Properties, where he oversaw finance, operations, training, marketing and human resources. Before joining Morgan Properties Inc., Mr. Monson was the Executive Vice President of conventional real estate for AIMCO in Denver, Colorado. His AIMCO career began with the Regional Vice President role in Florida in 1997, and culminated, after nine years, with responsibility for more than 200,000 units.

Linda M. Hart, CPA, Chief Financial Officer - Saint Joseph's University, B.A. in Accounting

Ms. Hart brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry to her role at PRG. Prior to joining PRG in 2007, Ms. Hart was Vice President-Finance at Toll Brothers. She previously occupied the positions of Chief Financial Officer for GMAC Institutional Advisors and Senior Vice President-Client Services and Marketing for Berwind Property Group and, between 1987 to 2000, held a variety of financial leadership positions with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc. (formerly Equitable Real Estate.). Ms. Hart began her career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse.
